Equipment List


  • 10" oven-safe skillet

Ingredients


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 c marinara sauce
  • 2 c water
  • 1 Tbsp italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic
    - minced
  • 1 c ricotta
  • 1 c mozzarella
    - shredded
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles
    - broken into pieces that fit into skillet
  • basil
    - optional - for garnish
  • salt
    - to taste
  • pepper
    - to taste

Preparation Instructions


  • Measure & prepare all ingredients then set aside

  • Mince garlic
  • Shred mozzarella
  • Break lasagna noodles to fit in skillet
  • Wash and break basil for garnish

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 378°F
  • Add 1 lb ground beef to pan
  • Stir 1 lb ground beef
  • Add salt and pepper to pan
  • Add 3 cloves garlic to pan
  • Add 1 Tbsp italian seasoning to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Stir ingredients

  • Add 2 c marinara sauce to pan
  • Add 1 c ricotta to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 2 c water to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 8 oz lasagna noodles to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Cover ingredients
  • Uncover ingredients
  • Remove pan from heat

Finishing Instructions


  • Add shredded mozzarella. Broil in oven for 5 minutes.
  • Take lasagna out of oven. Let the lasagna rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Add basil for garnish.
